This is a Remanufactured GENUINE Turbocharger which is a Direct Fit replacement for the original unit fitted to the Alfa_Romeo 165 2.0 T with the 2L AR64101 6 Cyl. engine/s - No modifications are required.  This turbo is a bolt on replacement for the original 49178-07200, td05h-12b unit.
